Last week, our photographer, Lizzie, was snapping the recently installed lectern signs and silhouette sculptures at Poole Park when she was approached by two local chaps who had lived in Poole all their lives. They talked about how they used to visit the park on their school lunch breaks and they even pointed out one of their old homes that we had coincidentally drawn in our historic reconstruction drawing. The drawing sparked fond memories and reminiscences for the two friends, who went on their way, nattering about times past… like they do most days wandering around this special place…
